"Hadas Teuscher had a decade of experience and a global network of artisans specializing in unique vessels and objects, but needed a strategic partner to turn her passion into a fully realized business. We collaborated to build Trove from the ground up, starting with a comprehensive business plan and distinct branding that spoke to Hadas’ vision. We developed the website copy to capture Trove’s elegance, established internal systems for seamless operations, and optimized workflow processes. We also developed relationships with and onboarded artisans from around the world, ensuring their unique contributions were front and center. Founder Margherita Lutz called upon The Helm to provide strategic guidance to help Hinsdale Table expand, scale, and refine its presence as a destination for elevated dining, gifting, and entertaining. We focused on identifying growth opportunities, sharpening brand positioning to align with customer values, and advising on marketing strategies across various channels to boost engagement and visibility. In partnership with the Brooks Strong Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to raising awareness for childhood cancer and funding meaningful research, strategic support was provided to enhance growth, donor engagement, and community reach.

Efforts included developing and refining fundraising strategies, supporting event planning and execution, and crafting donor communications to drive engagement and retention. Sponsorship development was also a key focus, with initiatives to identify potential partners, create tailored pitch materials, and strengthen external relationships to expand the foundation’s visibility and support network.

All initiatives were aligned with the foundation’s core mission, helping position Brooks Strong for long-term impact in the fight against childhood cancer.

We worked closely with Astate on their full launch strategy, guiding them from concept to market with a comprehensive approach that spanned marketing strategy, social media rollout, and crafting all client-facing copy. In addition to shaping their brand narrative, we focused on optimizing their tech stack, refining operations, and developing detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), as well as an employee handbook.
